The Nov 8 -12, 2012 trip is taking applications! We have sixteen confirmed already. Cost is $650 plus you purchase your own air.  We can assist you in booking your flight (with your credit card), to ensure we all travel together.  The earlier you contact us the cheaper the airfare!  Simply email us at george@circleoc.com if you’re interested or have questions.

With six church plants in operation, our team will have lots of opportunities to serve. Our outreach will include some or all of the following: set up medical, dental and eye glass clinics, as well as offer a VBS type program for kids, family photography and construction projects.

The group will be leaving LAX for Puerto Vallarta on Thursday, November 8, 2012. (But team members travel from other parts of the U.S. and Canada as well.) The return trip is scheduled for Monday, November 12,  2012. Following is a typical schedule for our time in Mexico:

Thursday:

Arrival into Bucerias in the afternoon. Rent vehicles, drive to and check into the hotel (TBA).

6pm Welcome dinner  (paid by COC)
7:30pm Devotions followed by team meetings as necessary.

Friday :
7:00am Breakfast (paid by COC)
7:30am Devotions
8am Teams depart for Outreach sites.
9am-5pm All activities begin as soon as set up is complete.
Various Lunch provided by the locals.
5pm Teams return to hotel.
Dinner in town (on your own $)

Saturday:
7:00am Breakfast  (paid by COC)
7:30am Devotions
8am Teams depart to Outreach locations
9:00am-3:00pm All activities.
Various Lunch provided by locals.
3:00 pm Close down and inventory, label and count all remaining supplies.
5 pm back to hotel.

Dinner in town (on your own $)

Sunday:
8:30am Breakfast  (paid by COC)
10:30 am Church at La Fuente Riveria, Bucerias.

FREE TIME!  Swim, beach, shop, whatever…lunch and dinner on your own pesos.

Monday:
7:30am Breakfast (paid by COC)
TIME TBA: Devotions and sharing time.

Meet at concierge desk with your luggage.
Plane departs Puerto Vallarta to LAX. Exact time TBA.

The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. It is time to provide for the great harvest in Mexico. Once churches are planted, this needy area will be provided for on a continual basis. Here is what happens when churches are planted.

-  The poor and needy are helped.

-  Orphans and widows receive ongoing care.

They held their first Sunday Service in their rental home 2 days after they moved in. There were seven of them. One year later they now are doing two Sunday services on our church property with about 80 people attending.]]> church1

church2Pastor’s Keith and Maya Durkin have been ministering in Mexico for over 20 years. They have two children, Misha who is part of the worship ministry and Abraham James (A.J.) who helps with teaching Sunday School to preschoolers. The Durkin’s passion is to see people transformed by the Good News of Jesus. Through La Fuente Riveria they are providing weekly Bible Studies, holding 2 Sunday Services, one Spanish, and one in English for the large English speaking population living in the area. The Durkin’s rely on missionary support. We are praying for more helpers and staff to assist them in this wonderful work. Internships are available. If you are interested, contact us.
