Carol DeGraff - Executive Director

Carol has worked with Circle of Concern since the '90's.  She started out part time as George’s assistant, and now is excited to serve as Executive Director. She and her family have participated in most all of the Circle of Concern outreaches and love seeing lives impacted, both practically and spiritually.  Her roots go back to the Jesus Movement where she began working with Keith and Melody Green in 1978.  She has run her own business serving several non-profits, and also works as CFO for New Song Community Church in Oceanside, CA.  She is married to Terry, and has 3 adult children, Alyssa, Joel and Brennan.

Eric Wakeling - CEO/Director of Ministry Operations

Eric has been serving in full-time church ministry since graduating from Biola University in 1996. He is currently the Executive Pastor of Ministry at Calvary Church of Santa Ana. He has earned two Master’s Degrees and is pursuing another just because he loves to learn and grow. Eric is a chaplain with the Santa Ana Police Department which helps him to connect with the real struggles of people living in the city. Eric and his wife Bea have been married since 1997 and have two incredible daughters, Grace and Ella. As the Director of Ministry Operations, Eric will be the point person for the “on the ground” ministry work of Circle of Concern.

George Wakeling - Founder
